I am trying to build a new PC, part to game and part to dip my toes to local image generations. My planned setup is 5070 ti (16GB VRAM) with 32GB RAM (I want to buy 64GB, but the market says otherwise...). Now, I have several questions:

\-How fast would my setup to run local image generation model (specifically some of the most popular anime model like Artiwaifu, Anything V5)?

\-Is it feasible to train LORA locally with that setup or would it be more efficient to just train in online?

\-Assuming the same budget, is there any better setup that you would recommend (I tried looking for some 3090, but can't find a good deal locally)?
