Fuck Flipkart

Ordered a few gift cards from them a couple days back. Delivery was guaranteed same day by 11 PM. Not only it hasn't been delivered yet, there has been no update or info on this. On escalation, they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. Did that, still no update.

Called them again this morning, and asked them to cancel the order or provide an update. Surprise, they can't do anything on that either. Asking me to wait again for 24 hours. I can't do that since the company's offer expires today. I'll need to either purchase from my money, or take the L and wait for the gift card to be delivered. Prerty sure that the offer will end by then and it will probably end up costing me more.

The same company gift card was delivered by Amazon within 5 minutes. Suprised by the difference in delivery and customer service.

Seriously, if this issue is not resolved in time, thinking of deleting my Flipkart account and cancelling the Fk Axis bank card I have, and using Amazon explicitly from now on.

Have you guys heard about "GODHA TRADITION" in BISHNOI COMMUNITY?? It's not practiced now but until not so far in history I heard Bishnoi villages used to select one young well built and intelligent male (Selection process was very competitive) to impregnate all the village's females to give children good genetics. He was give noscript of Godha Ji and village could only have one Godha. Godha was treated like a king in the village/ he could enter any house, get fed / sleep in and have sex with married female of child bearing age. If husband arrived home while "GODHA's" shoes were removed outside the home ..he was to not enter the home until Godha Ji was gone. When GODHA was over his youth years ..he was killed in pretty brutal way and a new Godha was selected. Eventually they stopped the trAditions as Godha's started disappearing or going to protection of government (British @ the time) to save their lives.

I though they were just stories but heard from a Bishnoi elder as well / Always curious if this was a real thing
