Dear sanghis, & some non sanghis, if you think ending secularism will only hurt Muslims, think again, caste inequality will explode, and the same upper castes crying “Hindu Rashtra” today will ensure Dalits and OBCs are locked out of power, wealth, and dignity tomorrow.
Let’s be clear: secularism doesn’t mean anti-Hindu, it means the government treats all religions and castes equally, and doesn’t use temples or mosques as campaign stages.
But somehow, Muslims having the option to marry 4 wives (which 99.99% don’t) is called “appeasement,” while Modi doing pooja at the Ram Mandir with full state machinery is “cultural pride.” How does that make any sense?
These sanghis scream that secularism is anti-Hindu, but they never stop to ask: Who actually benefits when the state drops neutrality? Because it’s not you, OBC guy. It’s not you, Dalit woman cheering for “Sanatan revival.” It’s the upper castes, the same 20% of India that already control more than 50% of national wealth.
Without secularism, religion won’t be the only thing weaponized. Caste will be next.
Don’t believe me? Just look at:
• Temple priest recruitment in Tamil Nadu: OBCs and Dalits are still being resisted in temple entry roles.
• Sanskrit pathshalas: Still overwhelmingly upper-caste.
• Education and job access: Ever notice how anti-reservation noise spikes when “merit” is questioned?
These are not coincidences. The same forces that want Hindu Rashtra want Brahminical supremacy restored under the banner of “culture.”
The moment India drops secularism, affirmative action will be labeled “anti-Hindu,” caste will be repackaged as “divine order,” and the Constitution will be quietly sidelined.
So no, secularism isn’t just about religious equality, it’s about social justice, caste equity, and basic dignity.
Stop falling for this “secularism is the enemy” crap.
Because once the state picks a religion, it will also pick a caste hierarchy within that religion, and if you’re not in the top rung, you’ll be crushed under the weight of the very system you cheered for.
Don’t be a pawn for your own oppression.

Indian Police investigate themselves as powerless NHRC ignores corruption
