Are there any failsave tilable shulker loaders,

Are there any shulker loaders, that are tilable and also dont fail, when there is not a new shulker to place? All of the ones i could find so far always need new shulkers to place and dort work if the shulker storage goes empty. I am currently designing a big storage system for my survival world, and i dont want it to fail because the shulkers go empty.

Ikea V4 Full Base

Myshcat announced that he will not be making a Ikea V4 Full base any time soon, so i decided to make it. I decided to make a huge control room for it, where you drop bones, bone blocks or bonemeal, blaze rods, shulker shels and logs(for chests) to make shulkers, and storage systems for the dried kelp blocks and the overflow kelp that will be recirculated. When it overflows it will shut down the kelp modules for 10 mins briefly so the 1.2k smoker array catches up.
This is the controll room that has a mini kelp farm to show that it is working and a redtone lamp fillage for the kelp blocks shulker storage . Any ideas to what i should add or anyone intrested in the schematic when I finish it?

What do I call this part of my Minecraft Computer?

I am making a computer in Minecraft for my new YouTube channel and I designed part that can take many inputs and direct it to a certain output! I just don't know what to call it? Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

This is the part... The inputs are on the bottom and outputs on the side, but what do I call it for a YouTube video?

I need this part to be able to move certain values around the computer efficiently, without the use of many "ugly" wires everywhere!
