The punishment of Fraud

I'm going to cut to the chase, I think the punishment of Fraud is that the sinners become the buildings and environment for Hell to bend and twist for its amusement. In the space section of 8-3 I saw the flesh texture on the buildings and noticed that there are bodies in them. At first I just thought that it was just parts of gluttony but i noticed they have a different texture than the parts of gluttony in the level and that this texture was only on the fraud buildings. I went back to see if there were any other places in the level that had this texture and rotating platform room had it and that got me thinking. Hell hates the new peace as stated in the red text Hell book in 8-3 and thinks peace is a "Fraud" of human nature, what would be a more ironic of a punishment than turning sinners into representations of the new peace (the buildings they made after the war) and mutilating them.
