A navigation app that lets me exclude routes or areas
I get everywhere by a combination of ebike and train.
I bike from home to the station, ride on the train with my bike to a different station, and bike from the station to work.
I saw a sign in the elevator that it would be out of service for a several weeks, starting next week.
I want to avoid that train station on my way home while the elevator is out.
Is there any navigation app that I can get which lets me temporarily pretend that the station doesn't exist?

Currently using Blokada, should I switch?
I've been using sideloaded blokada 4 for ages, the only reason I thought about it is because I had to use a VPN and it won't work together.
Is there any alternative that I can look at, that support ad-blocking and VPN together? Or anything I should switch to that is more performant, or blocks better?

I want to play Angry Birds Space HD on Android 16
Hi, how can I install Angry Birds Space HD on Android 16? The full version, with all worlds unlocked. I'm having the same problems with Pac-Man on Android. You can't play old Android games anymore 😔

ISO to-do list with countdown timer + rewarded breaks
So back in like 2016-2019 I had this app on my phone called "Get Shit Done," and it seems to have disappeared from the Internet entirely.
You would write down your overall goal, make a checklist of tasks/subtasks, and set a countdown for hours/minutes. Then after you start the countdown, every task you check off rewards you with break time proportional to how long it took you to complete that task. So something that took me 5 mins would give me a 30s break; 30 min task would give me 5 min break, etc. It would also give you 5 mins of break time at regular intervals throughout the countdown.
The most useful part for me was having a "bank" of accumulated break time. So if I'm in the zone, I don't have to take a break (unlike Pomodoro, which seems to require a min break after every mins). Then when I feel like I'm at a good stopping point, I can use my saved up break time all at once.
It doesn't seem like a crazy concept, but I'm unable to find a similar app anywhere! I've spent literal hours combing through all the popular productivity apps, but I can't find another one with this concept of rewarded/accumulated break time. Please help 🙏🙏🙏

Looking for a new launcher...
It pisses me off that after all these years, Nova is pulling this advertising shit. When I went looking for an alternative, I find all this corpo and/or minimalistic shit. I just want a normal fucking home page, and a horizontal app drawer. IS THAT REALLY TOO MUCH TO FUCKING ASK FOR?!?! If anyone has any alternatives, please let me know. Don't suggest Microshaft launcher.

Any shortcut to turn phone's Haptics on/off ?
Hi guys, is there any app or shortcut to turn the haptics (tapping vibrations) on/off. Now i have to go to settings and then go 2-3 steps deeper to toggle it.
I know putting the phone to power saver mode does the teick but it reduces the screen on time significantly.

Is there an app I can running the background that will call out current speed limits?
The new tracker on the company vehicle dings us if we hit 2 miles an hour over the speed limit for more than a few seconds. I have trouble keeping my eyes pointed down at my speedometer all the time so I've had to get used to using cruise control pretty much constantly. can I somehow make Google maps read out speed limit changes or have an app that tells me every time it changes? I keep getting onto roads and an intersection where there isn't a speed limit sign or the speed limit changes but I never see a sign for it because it is pulling the data off of the maps API.

Looking for a software or app suggestion
I am in very critical situation, I recently found something on my partner's phone that shattered my trust. I have their password, and now I'm constantly tempted to go through everything - chats, social media, location history - just to know the full truth.
Part of me feels like I deserve answers.
Part of me knows that secretly digging deeper might cross a line I can't uncross.
p.s - I have access to their phone for some minutes while they are away is there any app, software, trick etc to get access of location, chats and other activities?
appreciate all the help!!
You can also suggest other subs where I can find what I'm looking for.
Thanks.

Alternatives to F-Stop Gallery
F-Stop is great, but it feels outdated — long folder names get cut off and the square thumbnail for collections doesn’t work with nested folders.
Looking for an Android gallery app that:
• supports nested folders
• handles thousands of photos
• shows long folder names
I’ve also used Fossify Gallery, but it can’t handle a large photo library.
Thanks

Disable app updates( non root)
Is there a way to stop updates for an app to not even show up under available updates? I have automatic updates turned off on my playstore settings and also under individual apps. But every once in a while, I find myself with updated apps without my input. Apps like nova, stremio and icon pack studio I don't want to update as they are always more trouble with updates. Any suggestions? I was hoping there is a way with shizuku? Thanks for reading.

Decent Calendar App for Family
I am looking for a calendar app for me and my wife to use that I can sync events with her instantly or close to instant, when I create them they just pop up on her calendar. I really hate Google calendar. Most other apps I find want you to pay a subnoscription fee. I'd rather just pay a one time fee if I have to pay at all. Any recommendations?

Best free people search apps online by phone number, name, and address?
I’m trying to track down an old friend and also look up a couple unknown numbers that have been calling me repeatedly. I’ve tried a few of those “people search” sites, but most of them claim to be free and then ask for payment right when you try to see the actual results. I’m not looking for anything super detailed, just basic info if possible.
Does anyone know any legit free people search tools where you can search by phone number, full name, or even address? I understand truly free options might be limited, but I’d rather use something that at least gives partial info without forcing a subnoscription. If you’ve personally used something that worked, I’d really appreciate the recommendation. Thanks in advance.

Is Data Eraser Actually needed/useful?
I'm preparing to sell my S25 Ultra. Besides doing a factory reset on it, does using an app like iShredder actually do anything useful now days? I'm doing the free 2 pass method that overwrites with 0xff and 0x00. I understand that it definitely can't hurt to do it, but I wonder if it's useful at all.
Also while I'm here asking, since modern phones use SSDs, what is the meaning of overwriting everything twice? Isn't one time already unrecoverable? Thanks!
