Who is Nero's mother?

I've played every Devil May Cry game now. Just recently played and beat DMC 1, 2, and 3. DMC 4 and 5 were the first games I played in the series. I know in DMC4 SE It's implied in Vergil's into cut scene that Nero's mom is the hooded woman in that scene. But who is she? A normal human? Given Vergil has been obsessed with power his entire life, at what point would he have had a baby?

I can't see Vergil just casually having a one night stand. That doesn't seem like his character. I also can't see him interested in sex to begin with unless he developed a genuine relationship with them. Vergil does everything with intent. Nothing is just because with him.
