Years of overwork for the fucking what?

Sometimes i think all the people, connections, everything i have around me is really fake. Even a person i thought she would be the love of my life thinks i'm not interesting since i'm socially awkward and overfocused on school. So many problems i'm dealing with pushes me to give up on everything

Dealing with mental health issues in country destroyed by economic isolation, wars, communism and greed politicians is very hard. People here are very ignorant about mental health, and there is no available way to seek a treatment.

Until mid-high school i've never had real friends. Pals used to abuse me and make jokes about me since i've never known to play footbal, was the best student and very shy. Now i'm insecure about everything, i even don't want to find a girlfriend, but i must since my time is ticking up. After college, it would be even harder. Here where i live, it shameful to be virgin after mid-20s

Also, since i live in ilegally built house which government can confiscate from me, i'm under danger to become homeless. In country where food is covering 60% of an average wage, and rent 80% if you have generous landlord, solving housing question seems impossible. My parents used to be very narcisst and materialistic, so it made me very hard-working.

But now, i'm working for what? Loneliness, stagnant wage under high inflation, depression, anxiety and eating disorders. Have a great gpa, receiving a scholarship, having volunteering experience - but nothing guar

People like me are treated like a trash in corporate world. Girls don't want that kind of idiotic person like me. I wish my mom did an abortion if she knew that dealing with job market would be hardest ever when i finish college.

How much longer do you think we'll have to put up with this

I'm 26 year old engineer, make $98k/year before taxes, rent is $1900 for a 2b1.5bath. Car is paid off, have about $8k in student loans with a low rate, I eat out with friends maybe 1x a week, don' think I do too much indulgent shopping and when I do, I thirft. I know its the holiday season, but my paychecks only exceeded my expenses by $300 this month. How the hell did this come to be the norm
