The enthusiasm and the way he is stems through to us and then we have that belief and that buzz to our performances. That is what he tries to do and we try and take it on board and it's a perfect combination."

On his goals: "I need a few goals a few different ways. I don't want to rely on one type of finish all the time because they won't always go in. But it's nice to get goals like that."
