Quick question of a project I'm working on.
Would it be offensive or rude if I were to write a story about technoblade, but pretending like everything he did was an epic myth, and not just stuff in Minecraft? Like the potato war was to prevent a famine, or the fight with dream was an epic battle between two seasoned warriors. Would it be okay for me to write that, or should I scrap it?

The legend of Technoblade chapter 1: Humble beginnings
(For those who did not see my previous post, this is chapter 1 of a story chronicling all of technoblades major events, but written as if he was a great warrior of myths and legends, and the events weren't just things that happened in Minecraft.)
The legend of Technoblade
Chapter 1: Humble Beginnings.
A long while ago, a man was born. This man was not like others, for he had an appearance resembling a wild boar. Hooves for feet, a snout for a nose, tusks jutting from his face, and short fur across his body. This man's name is not known, but ancient texts refer to him as Technoblade.
The parents of this man were believed to be two deities, though they raised Technoblade amongst mortals. Despite his abnormal appearance, Technoblade grew up in a loving home. He loved listening to stories of great warriors and architects, creating monuments from seemingly nothing, and slaying legendary beasts.
As soon as he was old enough, Technoblade began entering tournaments to prove his combat prowess, in hopes he would one day live up to the warriors he so admired. His parents may not have understood it, but they encouraged him nonetheless. Very quickly he began to climb the ranks, being recognized as a skilled warrior, though nowhere near the recognition of his idols.
One day, Technoblade heard tell of a powerful dragon terrorizing the countryside. Many powerful warriors were sent after the dragon, but Technoblade decided this was his chance to make a name for himself.
While preparing to go hunt the dragon, Technoblade grabbed crude armor, a dull sword, and a shield that had seen better days. Then, he grabbed two wagon wheels affixed to a dowel. He stood atop the dowel, and began his journey, rolling on the wheels for the entire journey.
Many called him crazy, many more called him delusional. There was no tactical advantage to fighting on wheels, after all. But Technoblade wasn't doing this for practicality, he was doing it for recognition. After all, no one had ever beaten a dragon on wheels.
The time had come, Technoblade found the dragon. Refusing to stop now, he picked up speed, all the while keeping his balance. The dragon at first attacked without mercy. It would swoop down attempting to bite him, or cover the ground in its toxic miasma breath. Technoblade and the dragon traded blows for hours, until the dragon noticed the wheels. It didn't laugh, it didn't react, it merely paused for a moment, as if contemplating this strange pig-man's audacity. That pause was all Technoblade needed.
With one last slash, he drove the sword along the dragon's abdomen, the furious creature roaring in agony as it was felled. Out of the abdomen fell a large, black egg. With a smile on his face, and the cheers of a crowd of adventurers around him, Technoblade picked up the egg as a trophy, and began his way back home, never leaving the wheels.
Upon arrival back at his village, Technoblade was greeted by glorious chanting and revelry. Word began to spread across the land, who was this man who had slaughtered a dragon and retrieved its egg, all while balancing atop two wagon wheels? He became famous, tales told by the few who had seen it. Though his game was smaller than many other great warriors, Technoblade reveled in it. Little did Technoblade know, his escapades had caught the attention of a sadistic man. A man who tormented innocent young men and children for his amusement. A man by the name… of Simon.
(Planned chapters include bedwars streak, mc championship, dream smp, potato war, dream fight, Mr beasts refrigerator, Skyblock mini stories, saving skyblock from politics, and, sadly, the cancer and the events that followed. Not necessarily in this order. Please tell me more things you'd like to see me adapt into this format. No AI was used in this story.)

Not a Minecraft fan. And never heard of Techoblade
I was scrolling through TikTok and saw Technoblade’s final words, spoken by his dad. By the end, I was in tears. The words “if you’re reading this, I’m dead” were so sad. Having had cancer myself, I guess I understand why.
It’s strange how words can mean so much to people. I’m probably too old for Minecraft and have no idea how it works.
Thanks for reading. Have a nice 2026.

The legend of Technoblade chapter 2: No sleep for the wicked
(This is the second chapter in my story chronicling all of technoblades accomplishments as if he was an ancient legendary warrior, rather than a Minecraft player.)
Chapter 2: No sleep for the wicked
Simon was a man who thrived on the suffering of others. He was a sadistic man who had control over his own realm, which he used to hold combat tournaments with strange rulesets. Some, you'd be dropped in the middle of a large area filled with weapons, forced to fight to the death with all other participants. Another would have the combatants fight atop floating islands, where one wrong step could send you tumbling into nothingness. Simon never allowed people to die, no. He would simply bring them back, committed to watching them torment each other forever.
One day, however, Simon began to notice something. A young man with the face of a boar was coming out victorious far more than anyone else. Whether fighting on solid ground or sky islands, this man seemed to be an unstoppable force of violence. This gave Simon the perfect idea.
Technoblade was dropped onto a set of floating islands, but this time it was a bit different. There were merchants on the island, and a machine that continuously created precious metals that the merchants would happily buy in exchange for equipment. The most standout feature, however, was a single bed. This bed was nothing special, a simple wooden frame with red covers, enough room for one person, however it held a power that made this tournament far different from others. If one were to die in this tournament, rather than being brought back outside of the battlefield, they would reform at their bed, as if the experience was merely a bad dream.
Technoblade loved a challenge, so he eagerly participated. However Simon didn't put Technoblade here to see if he would win, he was sure he would. No, Simon put Technoblade here to see how far his lust for victory would go. Killing all other participants did not allow Technoblade to go free, it merely allowed for the next batch of sacrifices to be brought in. Every victory allowed Technoblade a few minutes of rest, before he would be forced to fight once more.
For many days and nights, Technoblade fought. He never faltered, never slipped, always eager to get just one more victory. Slowly, he began to feel angry. Why had he been going for so long? When would it stop? Why was he still inside his battlefield.
He reached 1000 wins, the motions of combat now second nature. He began to hinder himself, only fighting with one hand, with his eyes closed, even balanced stop wagon wheels in honor of what brought him his fame. Still, he never lost.
Finally, he reached 1400 wins. A number so high, none would ever hope to reach it. Technoblade was about to slaughter the final victim when the unthinkable happened.
His bed was destroyed.
Now this wasn't the end, of course, Technoblade just needed to kill the one who destroyed it, an easy feat. And yet, as he watched the frightened boy's sword be pulled from the splintered bed, a profound sense of calm overtook him. No rage, no bloodlust, just a silence that he hasn't heard in a long time. And as he looked from the terrified boy to the endless expanse of nothing beneath the sky islands, he had come to a conclusion. He no longer wanted to win.
He walked over to the child, someone no older than 12, and smiled. Technoblade backed towards the edge of the island, glancing down one more time at the void below, and with a final salute to the one who finally bested him, he fell backwards, plummeting into the void. The last word he spoke as he fell weren't sad, nor were they angry. The only one who could hear him was the boy he had bestowed with victory. As he fell he simply said, “Good game.”
