How relieving was it to finally reach Novigrad after hours in Velen?

Blood and Wine is insane
Replaying Witcher 3 for the first time in a few years. Finally reached Toussaint, and omg I’m being bombarded by side quests!! From grand master Witcher armour quests, to auctions, Witcher contracts I’m so excited to play each one. The first time I played the game I never really did side quests or Witcher armour hunts but this time I am going for everything and it has been the most satisfying gameplay experience I’ve ever had.

Does Ciri level up with geralt
I was wondering because I saw some people struggling with ciri’s crone fight but I feel like it was really easy and I was just chunking their health bars

This game is the end of me...
(Main Story Spoilers...)
I didn't count how many times I've played this game, be it five or six times or more. I know the story, I know who lives and who dies on default, I know what is going to happen so I am usually prepared.
But every time I get to the Isle of Mist and find Ciri, every time I see Vesimir die in the battle of Kaer Morgen, it brings tears to my eyes. One could say because it's two emotional scenes, main character death and so on and so forth, but I know for a fact that that's not it.
Geralt reminds me a lot of my own father, not only in appearance but also in character. And seeing Geralt, usually stoic, have glassy eyes because he thought his "daughter" was dead, or seeing his "father" die (both in " on purpose) makes me so sad, it really hurts to see him like this.
Good thing I'm done with this part of the game for this playthrough, I'm already not looking forward to the next time I'll play it.
