BREAKING: Disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to be arrested next week and charged with a misdemeanor in the alleged groping of a former aide, The New York Post has learned.
#NEW: Justices Barrett and Kavanaugh join Justice Breyer in denying Maine healthcare workers an injunction against the state's vaccine mandatory. The workers asked for religious exemptions.

Justices Thomas and Alito joined Justice Gorsuch in dissenting. Gorsuch writes, "...healthcare workers who have served on the front line of a pandemic for the last 18 months are now being fired and their practices shuttered. All for adhering to their constitutionally protected religious beliefs. Their plight is worthy of our attention."
The Supreme Court is hiding under their desks on the vaccine mandates just like they hid like cowards during the election lawsuits.

1) Youngkin cannot get blown out in Loudoun and Fairfax counties.

2) Youngkin needs a healthy turnout in rural Virginia. If rural Trump voters stay home, McAuliffe is likely to squeak out a win.

BREAKING: Biden vaccine mandate for businesses starts Jan. 4. All businesses with 100 employees or more must make sure their workers are vaccinated by set date. The mandate includes heavy fines for non-compliance.
OSHA is foaming at the mouth to pursue a vax mandate for businesses with less than 100 employees too. Step one: ask for public comments.

SC GOV. MCMASTER: "I will be issuing an Executive Order barring any South Carolina cabinet agency from issuing or enforcing any vaccine mandate."
GOV. DESANTIS: "I just think people are so sick of constantly being bossed around, restricted, mandated, all these different things. We've had enough of it, and we want people to be able to make their own decisions."

USA TODAY/Suffolk poll: Vice President Kamala Harris' approval rating is 28% – even worse than Joe Biden's, which sits at 38%. The poll shows that 51% disapproved of the job Harris is doing. One in five are undecided.
NEW: Republicans set a landmark on Friday by overtaking Democrats in the voter registration battle for the first time in Florida history, Gov. DeSantis said. According to the governor, there are now more registered Republicans in Florida than Democrats.
DESANTIS: "Nobody. No cop, no firefighter, no nurse, nobody should be losing their job of these jabs. We have got to stand up for people and protect their jobs and protect their livelihoods."
