Q&A with lawyer Stephen Jackson concerning the Health Secretary’s announcement. ESSENTIALLy as he said the mandate was “NO LONGER PROPORTIONATE” no one else will be legally able to apply it. His “consultation” is not needed and the regulatory bodies, Trusts and Universities shouldn’t put it in place. If the put in a disproportionate policy they will be on the end of our legal challenge. If concerned tell your employer etc that the Health Minister said it was no longer proportionate and they might want to ask an employment lawyer before they continue.
