Has your camera app been crashing or not opening ? I may have a solution for you!

I have a Pixel 2XL and love the phone but have had one issue:
The camera has been crashing (or not even opening at all) constantly for over two months.

I have tired everything to fix it and was about to sent the phone away for repair (I still may) until today when I had an odd suspicion that the reason my camera wouldn't open because another app was 'using the camera' or appearing to use the camera so it wouldn't open.

Why do custom ROM's support so few phones these days?

Did something happen? I remember back in the day I could find stable ROMs for just about any shit-tier phone. But now, you're lucky if a year-old flagship phone is supported. What gives?

Has the custom ROM community died down? Or am I just not looking in the right place?...

RBC Canada Android pay is now working

Both Visa and Interact were able to be setup on Android as of August 10th and it works on latest version of Android including Android Q (QPP6). Interestingly the RBC wallet app no longer can check on the sim and does not currently work on Android Q....

Blocked numbers

After many versions of Android, why is automatically deleting records (sms, calls) of user blocked numbers still not a thing? One would think that most people who block a number willfully do so to not get to read or be aware of the blocked numbers attempt to contact them. Instead we have android save it in a convenient place for one to read them later - probably not the intent of most users.
