I really quick message popped up at the bottom of my screen

This could absolutely not be the place to ask this and I'm sorry if it isn't!
I have a OnePlus 3 (still going strong!) that is on AT&T Straight Talk phone service. A message that looked like it was from my phone popped up at the bottom of my screen (which is kind of weird and it looked pretty official) and all I could read was "your phone carrier can now" and then it said something about robocalls. It vanishes after like a second and I can't find it again.

I receive tons 3-8 robocalls a day, ...

Security- Ios VS Android

What's up guys, Lately i've been browsing and i saw that **Android Q** will be released soon. So i was wondering, is **Android** is as secure as **iOS** when it come to let's say "intrusive security"?

Back in the days if you had an Android, anyone who stole your device could just Reset it and use your phone as their own. With Android Lollipop (i think) i saw that when they steal your device, even with a hard reset, the OS still asks for the last ID used on the device. Is it comparable to **iOS*...

Are there Android phones that are consistently fast, smooth, and seamless as the iPhone?

I have a Pixel 2xl. While it is very fast, it has hiccups and freezes every now and then, which I don't remember happening as frequently on my iPhone 6s.

Is this always the case because of apples more efficient coding language? Did I just get a slow-ish pixel? (Got it used)

Furthermore, are there any other Androids out there that truly rival the smoothness and consistency of iPhone?...

It feels like Android manufacturers are going extra hard against Apples Sept. launch this year.

This is more globally than just US, but:

* Samsung is launching a Watch and recently announced its incredible camera sensor for the next generation of phones

* Huawei moved their flagship from Oct. to Sept.

* OnePlus is launching variations of its 7 pro

* Vivo Nex 3 looks AMAZING and will be launched in Sept.

It seems like Android manufacturers have upped the stakes for overshadowing Apples Sept. launch.

Thoughts?...

Cerberus now listed as a Harmful app.

I've been using Cerberus Phone Security app for years now so I can track/control my phone if lost or stolen. Now I'm constantly receiving a Play Protect message that says:
'This app tries to Bypass Android's security protections.'

Is anybody else receiving this message? Should I be aware of any security risks of Cerberus App?

By the way I'm on Android Pie Version, August security Update and waiting for the official Release of Android 10. So I don't think is something related to new changes in ...

Jumped from iOS after having all iPhones since 2011. I'm having a lot of fun again.

I've been contemplating an Android switch for a few years now and finally decided to do it yesterday with a Note 10+. I left behind a 7+.

It's definitely a learning curve, but nothing seems too complicated. Notifications are way better. I've seen this said many times and I didn't think it mattered that much. I LOVE how I can switch apps and keep a YouTube video playing. The phone itself is incredible. Charging speed, screen size, etc. So far I have no regrets with this change.

I'm sure these...
