My story about Samsung DeX

So I’ve had S9 for over a year now, and I never really thought about using Samsung DeX, I always used my laptop to do things like create/edit documents (is the most important one for me,browse web), watch videos play some retro games & that’s about it.

Reason why I didn’t use DeX at all was because of the “reviewers” saying “it’s not worth using it at all” & it’s not as Polished as you know using your Laptop or PC. So I never really used it.

Android needs a well-integrated system wide search.

I switched from iPhone to a Pixel 2XL and a LOVE IT. However, it's missing a pretty big feature compared to iPhone. Especially considering it runs stock Android.

On iPhone you swipe down on the home screen and you can do a system search that finds anything from YouTube videos, contacts, or pages in the settings. You can use it for pretty much anything in phone.

It has something like this, but unless you get the exact right key word, you won't find it. Plus, it doesn't find everything I feel it...

Is it worth paying for a high tier phone?

So my wife and i are shopping for new phones. Obviously we want to pay as little to get the most. Right? That just makes sense, I think on some level most people don't have $1500 each to drop on new devices.


The pixel 3a we can get for $650 (candian) and the oneplus 6 is similarly priced. These represent the high end to what I want to pay. I think the Samsung Galaxy 9 is in that ballpark to....


But my question is: as a casual user, would I notice the difference between a mid/high level phon...
