Modern Authentication (Office 365) for Email on Android: What options are there?

Does anyone know when, or if, Modern Authentication will be supported in native Android mail clients such as Gmail.

We've had to move a few clients to Microsoft Outlook app for Android and they aren't pleased, but I'm having trouble finding any details with further information.

Was hoping someone else in the community has done the research or knows more than I do on the subject....

U.S. "Chat" Rollout Imminent?

I just had the weirdest thing happen. I check for rcs chat features constantly.

I was messaging someone on messages.android.com when I noticed in the settings menu that there were options to turn on chat features. I wondered "maybe its a bug and unlike my handset, the website doesn't know if the features are available yet to me or not".

So i went to my messages settings and there they were. I turned them on, gave permissions, and it said it was setting up and would tell me when its finished....

As an iPhone user, I’ve loved following the development of the Wear OS hardware and software. However, I’ve just about given up on Wear OS and future “Google watch” projects.

To start things off, I’m sure I’ll be downvoted and disagreed with. I’m well prepared for that.

However, as of today, I’ve given up on it. The hardware is not excelling, the software is sluggish at best, and I just don’t see any of the hardware manufacturers or even Google catching up to the feature set, capabilities, and functionality...

Everyone's been so caught up talking about gesture navigation / Android 10 as of late, but have we forgotten that the recent apps screen itself is fundamentally flawed?

I'm surprised at how quickly this controversy came and went so soon after Android 9 released.

In my opinion, it won't matter how smooth or fluid Google makes gesture navigation until they fix the recent apps view. Showing a single app at a time means I either have to:

a) remember which apps are still in memory, to prevent myself from "searching" for a recent app

b) play Russian roulette with the recents view, hoping I didn't just waste the past few seconds looking for an app that isn't even ...
