(Discussion) Samsung Android 10 One UI 2.0 beta deserves a lot of praise
Samsung used to get a lot of flack for being bad with updates, but things have totally changed. S10e, Just got the ~~second~~ third beta update for my phone today, not only did they fix an issue I had which I reported via the Members app, but they fixed almost every other problem, absolutely impressed with Samsung this year, the beta has been really good, the changelog for the update is the most in depth I've ever seen!

Why Android is still less battery efficient than iOS?
What is the reasons latest android 10 is still less efficient than iOS even though Google baked in doze, background limits and fancy AI adaptive battery feature in the OS. Does it boils down to Apple's efficient custom SoC or is there any other reason ?
Please share your thoughts....

PSA: There seems to be a huge battery drain issue with the current version of WhatsApp
A week ago, i noticed that the battery on my OnePlus 6 started draining faster than usual. Battery wear is usually more gradual, and i started wondering. This coincided with an update of WhatsApp which i installed on my phone - the one with fingerprint unlock.
Since then, people start giving WhatsApp 1-Star Reviews on Google play, describing the same issue. There are posts over at r/OnePlus, with people describing the [same](https://np.reddit.com/r/oneplus/comments/dsrrss/oneplus_6_battery_life...

Android's Gmail Notification Bug
So some of you may have had delayed notifications on Gmail and I believe this is concrete proof that something within Android's messaging system is faulty.
I tried every "fix" out there and knew deep inside that there is something wrong with something deep within the OS.
Why would a push notification not work for GMail but works for everything else?
Why do I need to remove battery optimization? It's a push notification and every other app registers them successfully.
So, I thought, why not fa...

I’m well-aware that Apple provides a more polished tablet UX, but I still mostly prefer android over iOS. Sure, iPad is preferred by most people, but that’s also the case with iPhones and yet there’s still a market for Pixel phones.
