For anyone else who is having trouble getting Scrcpy ([v1.11](https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/blob/master/README.md#scrcpy-v111)) to work, below are instructions. In my case, I have Windows 7 64bit Pro Service Pack 1 and a Motorola G4+ (Android version 7.0).

[Download OpenMW](https://openmw.org/en/), which let's you play The Elder Scrolls: III Morrowind on android. You also need to copy the game files along with the morrowind.ini file onto your phone. The graphics may not be the best, but the the game itself is one of the best rpg's ever made.
