New "Watched It?" Option on Google
I've noticed recently that when I search for a movie on Google there's an option to click "Watched it?" to show that I've seen the movie. I'm wondering when this was added, if it's part of an app or something, and how I can see a list of all the movies I've marked as watched?

Better Default Professional Photo and Filming App
I'm not trying to hate on the normal camera app. But for flagships that are getting better sensors with accompanying sensors, I personally think it's a have to provide an app to actually push the limits of the cameras in our phones.
Like Be honest, who's going to get the Mi Note 10 with the 108MP sensor to do basic 2 minute filming?
At this point adding extra camera to the phones is pretty much just a bragging right to have. It's good to have but you aren't going to fully utilize it.

Do you think Android TV's should have supported Stadia along with the Chromecast?
A thought popped into my mind and I stared thinking why Android TVs weren't supported at the launch of Stadia, it would make more sense so people who already have Android TVs don't want to get a Chromecast to play on their TV....

We need another software keyboard revolution (Autocorrect still sucks)
Remember when Swype first launched? It was like magic! Gesture typing blew people's minds, and for many, no one could look back at tap-typing ever again.
The next big software keyboard breakthrough was 'Cloud Predictions'. A.I.Type is the first keyboard I'm aware of to utilize the Cloud in offering up contextual predictions.
Lastly, the biggest breakthrough we've had so far (in my opinion, of course) is real artificial intelligence/neural network implementation. Swiftkey was the first to imple...

Priv 2 is my wish list phone for 2020
I had the original Price in 2015 and honest to God it was one of my favorite phones. I loved the fact that I could slide out the keyboard and type. You could also scroll and use gesture without ever touching the screen. I think they would be a lot more useful than the key phones that have a tiny screen with always there keys. I think if they gave it a little material and design update to be like a 2019 phone it could sell well with proper marketing....

Interesting Find
Cleaning out some stuff after Christmas. Found this. Lots of memories!
Second year of Google I/O (2009). My name badge, the Google Chrome comic book they handed out, and the HTC Dream they gave us at the conference before it was released as the FIRST Android phone, the T-Mobile G1. It's also the phone that made me fall in love with Android and switch from iPhone a year later.

Google Pay a failure?
I know Google has been adding support for more and more banks. But it seems like NFC payments among Android users hasn't taken off in the US at least. If I ask if a retailer accepts Google Pay, I'm usually met with a "you can try". I know many of the card reader systems are setup for NFC, but yet juggernauts like WalMart don't seem interested in implementing it. I'm happy to see the higher adoption rate at places, but I've never actually seen anyone use them outside of myself.

Users of gesture navigation with 3rd party launchers (Nova) - what is your experience?
December update finally brought gesture navigation in 3rd party launchers to older Pixel phones. So, I made a switch back from pixel launcher to Nova.
But, gesture navigation has been subpar on Nova. I'm not complaining about lack of recents. Gestures themselves seem to work very poorly. The swipe up doesn't always minimize apps. Swipe left scrolls through multiple apps instead of one. Overall, not a very good experience.
Any other users found the same? Or, are people generally satisfied?...

What mistake do you hope Google/OEM’s don’t repeat in the next decade?
I guess an example for me is that in the next decade, I hope Google doesn’t make the same mistake of only focusing on software (specifically camera) than their hardware on their Pixel phones. I personally like their phones (I own one), but it’s frustrating how it’s so behind in some areas that software can’t fix/help (like video recording, screen brightness, etc). I hope Google can learn from their errors/arrogance these past few years. But who knows if they do. What’s yours?...

My first flagship phone coming from a budget phone (under $150)
I'm very excited to make this post as I've been wanting to make it for a really long time. So I don't have very much money to spend on myself since I'm 16; and my parents don't like the idea of spending more than $200 on a phone. So my options were obviously limited.
My previous phone was an LG Stylo 4. The phone got the job done but it was slow, unresponsive, and the phone had also suffered quite a few drops so the screen was less than stellar.

Prediction: Most phones in 2020 will have a hole-punch display. This is because Samsung kept the OLED hole-punch tech exclusive to themselves for a while, and that exclusivity has now most likely ended.
Ice Universe, the well known Samsung leaker, stated a year ago that Samsung has the exclusive OLED laser hole punching technology for some time ([source](https://twitter.com/universeice/status/1065053321814138881?lang=en)). This is the reason why the Galaxy flagships were the only phones using OLED with hole-punch.
