Samsung galaxy earbuds

After having a bad experience from sprint phone company with the "upgrade" lie that you'll get a galaxy earbuds. Well I upgrade to the Samsung galaxy note 10 plus to get the promotional offer but never got the earbuds.
A long story short, Sprint the phone company gave me the biggest round around and I never received the earbuds. Well, I bought me a pair on Amazon about 3 months ago.
