IMS Service has stopped: A guide to fixing broken MMS

I thought you guys may find this useful as I found a ton of posts on it. I started having this issue a few weeks ago on my Note 9 after update to android 10. IMS Service would stop on boot and people would receive my MMS messages about 2 hours later.

I was able to fix this issue WITHOUT restoring my whole phone as most guides tell you to do.

How was your experience with Android 10's Game Driver? (Developer Options)

I've always been a huge Vulkan fan in PC noscripts, and recently got a dual sim Nokia 9 Pureview for ~$400, which happens to be an Android One device

I noticed the Game Driver setting in Developer Options, and ignored it for a while, until I installed GTA San Andreas. Apparently this previously abandoned game got an update last year regarding compatibility and crashes on newer devices.
