The downside of Google services : Offline as a second thought

So let's say you use an Android phone and a PC right ?

On Android:

You can get offline youtube videos, youtube music, offline files precisely pretty much everything offline.

On PC ?

NOTHING. Google drives files maybe, but it's clunky. Email through a mail client, not ideal.

My point is that Google completely abandoned native desktop apps and much more so offline experience. You can't even get Google photos backup on PC anymore because they removed the google drive feature. You can't choos...

What other features can Google bundle into Play Store updates? (like it is with upcoming 'Nearby Sharing' feature)

The rumor is Nearby Sharing (Airdrop competitor) is going to be rolled out via the Play Store, not as a System OS update. That way it can be added to devices with year old OS' (Oreo, Nougat, Kitkat).

Why don't they update other aspects of Android this way?

What other features have the ability to update this way?...

The Headphone Jack Debate - Revisited.

I know the wide consensus remains that the headphone jack is desirable given support for existing headphones and desire to use wired headphones + charge at the same time. While my position is in the small minority, I wanted to revisit the case for phones to be without headphone jacks.

Review of the Exynos S20+ after a week of using it.

So I recently got an Exynos S20+ because my dad's contract was up for renewal and he didn't feel the need to upgrade his current phone. So I got an S20+ instead(since it was at 0 dollars with my dad's plan).

Honestly, I know that there has been a lot of negativity surrounding the Exynos models of the phone but as someone upgrading from a S7 Edge(also Exynos) I was very happy with my upgrade. Now there are definitely things I don't like about this phone and I hope to list out my pros and cons fo...

Your honest opinion of how useful Digital Wellbeing is?

So I was scrolling through the settings tonight and remembered about this little feature. I think apart from showing me some numbers it's not really doing a lot since it can be stopped/started at will.

Are there any people who use it and are happy with it? Since Google seems to keep pushing this a lot lately. Most of the people just want it disabled....
