[App] Samsung Band Selection app

Hey guys,

I put together an app that lets you access Samsung's band selection hidden settings which will let you see all your supported bands (5G, 4G LTE, 3G, etc) as well as lock the device to specific bands, regardless of which carrier's SIM card is in your phone.
