Are carriers blocking OEMs from releasing Dual-SIM phones in the US

PSA: Gmail notifications missing might not be your phone's fault
There is a thread at the top right now complaining about Gmail notifications being Oneplus's software fault, it might not be true because I've had this issue on my LG V30 and LG's software is not aggressive with killing apps, Gmail was the only app with issues.
Well turns out my frustration for over a year missing emails was because Google thinks my emails are not important because of a feature I know many of you love: **Automatic sorting.**

My fix for a common snapchat issue on Samsung and Google phones lately.
So there's an issue thats been somewhat reoccurring for 5 years where the on screen buttons in the Android versions of the app do not allow for snaps to be sent. Some say they had a success with opening and closing chats to fix the glitch. My best solution ive found is to exit to your home screen/view your running apps, then re enter snapchat. This seems to make your image send. I hope this helps at least one person here...

Custom ROMs are the only thing keeping tablets alive
This may be an unpopular opinion but I feel custom ROMs are the only thing keeping tablets relevant and usable in 2020.
Many older tablets are still supported by custom ROMs to get new Android versions and make them somewhat usable years after release as there isn't anything to replace them.
As the high end tablet market is mostly dead I was seriously considering getting a tab S 10.5, pixel C, tab Pro 12.2 and installing lineage os . Even a surface with Android x86 seemed better as it was ...
