What do you think is the best year for smartphones?

For me it's 2013, we had some many good phones back then. Like the HTC one (which in my opinion is one of the most iconic phones of all time), the Lumia 1020, the lg g2, the Xperia z which made waterproofing in smartphone popular. Every smartphone had its own personality and style Which is something that's missing in today's phones imo.

But what do you guys think, what was the best year for smartphones?...

Anyone else who can't decide between gestures and navigation buttons?

I use a Galaxy A50 running Android 11 and I'm pretty sure I change my gesture-buttons settings every single day.

On one hand, I really like gestures because of its fluidity, the full-screen experience, and the way it would help preserve my AMOLED screen from burn in by not havingthe static buttons.

On the other, there are times where I prefer the no-nonsense, fast, and less fidgety feeling of the navigation buttons.

Anyone experiencing the same thing? How did you choose?...
