VERY cool pull-down effects -- can't recreate now though

So I discovered this really nice pull-down effect, but for the life of me I can't recreate the video. I thought maybe a glitch where an active notification needed to be there, nope. Maybe media player needed to be active ... nope. I give up. BUT I hope this becomes the default, even if it is accidental.

Unpopular opinion: Android 12 looks more like iOS and should be given options for UI style.

I would like to say the Material You design is great for customisation. However, what's concerning me is a lack of options to turn off or tone down the changes.

That being said, the volume bar. It looks almost like a 1 to 1 replica of the iOS volume slider. This is good... but also bad. Right now the volume bar is a thin line that simply tells you where the volume level is at.
