Why Google's plan to reduce Android ad tracking is both smart and sneaky
Google introduced new ad tracking privacy tools, and while it is welcomed by most experts, they criticize the company for not making it more transparent for users.
Browser App Suggestions
Google Chrome is the default browser in Android Smartphones but when it comes to privacy Google Chrome is useless and if you care about your privacy then it's about time to switch to any other browser that priorities your privacy over anything else. And here are the 5 browsers which I recently tested ( I make YouTube vidoes, so yeah 😅) and found them to be good enough.
1. Bromite Browser:- basically replica of Google Chrome but has a cleaner UI and many privacy protection features.

Google keeps increasing the number of steps to update your apps
If you're someone like me, I like to manually update my apps, so I can do it when my phone is on a charger, and so I can review the updates first. Unfortunately with the recent change to the Play Store, they continue to add additional steps to make this happen.
Before, you could swipe from the left drawer and press Apps to update all.
Now, you have to press your profile icon in top-right corner, press Manage Apps, click on Update All or See Details, to see what apps have updates available, the...

Is googles approach to opt out of ad personalisation similar to apple's implementation in functionality
So google has an opt out of personalization toggle per account which instruct apps to avoid advertisment id.
Apple also has similar feature. How are they different? For example when it comes to facebook, it posted massive statements against apple for making people from giving facebook, the ad id.
But facebook didn't do much against google. What is really going on? Can apps use ad id even after i opt out of it or apple does a better job at hiding ad id?
Anybody explain please....

This is a bit late, but for those of you who loved Dark Sky like I did MyRadar is a great substitute
It has awesome, smooth radar maps with really cool layers you can add on. I like adding the lightning layer so you can see where strikes have been. Multiple times I've heard really loud thunder and then looked at MyRadar, lo and behold there was a strike 2 blocks away!
Crucially it has really great micro-forecasts like DarkSky, i.e. how likely it is to rain at any point over the next hour. It actually is more powerful than DarkSky in a lot of ways, mostly because of the amount of information yo...
