Is Google getting rid some of application reviews on Play Store? I always visit on the app store, and checking my apps if there are some updates.
Recently, I saw some of my installed apps' reviews like DuckDuckGo. It went from million reviews to just thousands. You might check it and see for yourself.

Battery's at 100% for long times is bad I fixed that S21 (Bixby routines)
So we all know that battery's wear out over time, that lifetime can be decreased if battery's stay on the charger at 100% so I figured out a way to fix that, those images are what I did with Bixby routines on my s21 (idk if it works on other phones) so you can't for some reason tell the phone to turn of fast charging if it gets to a certain % but you can use the percent to for ex. Turn off or on dark mode with a certain % battery then do another one that turns off fast charging when dark mode is...

Do you know that you can re apply your tempered glass over and over again?
I tried to apply a tempered glass for my new phone. But there was bubbles. So i removed the tempered glass and cleaned the phone and the tempered glass. The face of the tempered glass is so smooth and slippery. But the back of the tempered glass is very rough and sticky. Little bit of google search and i learned that tempered glass screen protectors don't have glue on them. They have silicon like material that makes it stick to the phone. So you can reapply it as many times as you want.

Inconsistent UI design, or am I just crazy?
So I went into System settings on my Pixel 5 to make sure my phone (Android 11) was still being backed up properly. Down in the "Backup details" section, there's a list of things like "Apps", "Photos & videos", "SMS messages", and so on.
https://imgur.com/a/9H2sq5D
The styling on each of these elements is the same: the label (e.g. "Apps") is large and black; below it is a gray line giving a little more detail (e.g. "222 MB • 93 apps"), and to the left there's an ...

Android competing against Apple design
Hi.
I am a guilty apple owner, that really appreciate their sleekness and smooth design. I really hate pretty much everything else. Everything from pricing and hype to their tech.
I have a theory that apples design are addicting. After I tried apple I always felt that androids design and interface (Samsung, Huawei and Motorola) were a little slow and cheap. This is especially in software.
There is no doubt in my mind that androids are superior in every way except design. Their tech and perfor...

Heads Up if you ordered a Samsung Flip Phone! They're cheaper this week.
I ordered my phone a week ago and noticed that there was a difference in price between my trade-in credit and the cost of the phone.
I reached out to support and they told me I'll have $150 coming back to me. I just ordered the Flip3 Z.
Maybe the same will be true for you.
You probably qualify for a partial refund within the 21day window they offer too, that's just me guessing though.
If it worked for me, it may work for others! Thought I'd share at least....

WTF is wrong with Google Assistant these days?
Google Assistant has recently started to fail to function properly on various Android devices (will not returns results, etc).
Google Assistant has been broken for months on Wear OS (and isn't even available on the newest version of Wear OS on Samsung's Galaxy Watches).
Google Assistant integration with MyQ (garage door control service) has been entirely broken and inaccessible for going on 2 weeks. Unlikely this is a MyQ-side problem, but who knows.

(Long) Thoughts after Week 1 with the Z Fold 3
I'm a long-time tech enthusiast and power user, and I'm frequently an early adopter. My phone is such an essential tool, however, that I held off on trying a Fold until the third generation because I didn't feel like the technology was fully mature yet. Reading the reviews of the Fold 3 convinced me that the it was time to give the new form factor a try, and my impressions after the first week have borne that out.

After seeing videos of flooding in New York, I think water resistance should be a universal feature.
Water resistance is usually seen as a feature only available on high-end premium smartphones, but I think communication between our loved ones is more essential than ever, especially in the middle of a hurricane. I want the feature to come to more entry-level smartphones, not just for everyone here in North America, but for everyone in third world countries where storms and flooding are almost routine to them. No one should ever have to pay a premium to ensure peace of mind when it comes to comm...
