WTF is wrong with Google Assistant these days?

Google Assistant has recently started to fail to function properly on various Android devices (will not returns results, etc).


Google Assistant has been broken for months on Wear OS (and isn't even available on the newest version of Wear OS on Samsung's Galaxy Watches).


Google Assistant integration with MyQ (garage door control service) has been entirely broken and inaccessible for going on 2 weeks. Unlikely this is a MyQ-side problem, but who knows.

(Long) Thoughts after Week 1 with the Z Fold 3

I'm a long-time tech enthusiast and power user, and I'm frequently an early adopter. My phone is such an essential tool, however, that I held off on trying a Fold until the third generation because I didn't feel like the technology was fully mature yet. After seeing videos of flooding in New York, I think water resistance should be a universal feature.

2021 Tablets state.

I'm so pissed. It's 2021, long since Netflix and AmazonPrime, and from all these tablet-manufacturers NOT EVEN ONE offers a tablet with these 2 features at core:

1) NO CAMERAS
Why do I need (not only front camera - where u can say u do calls and such). BUT ALSO a fucking back camera. WTF. When we all know even a $200 phone has better camera. Why do I have to have some useless lump on the back that ruins both aesthetics , cost more to produce, and makes the tablet rock on the table.
