Android 12 Made me realise how often my location permissions are used.

I installed a custom rom based on android 12 on my OnePlus 7TPro. One of the new features includes the small green dot showing that a permission is being accessed. I've noticed that Google Play services used my location almost everytime I unlock the phone and nearly every hour.

Even apps like Instagram and snapchat just randomly access my location. I've disabled the snap map thing and I'm not trying to add a location to a photo on Instagram.

What phone has the best feeling backside?

A lot of the phones out right now are glass, but before wireless charging, metal was the thing. Plastic has always been around and at a certain point in time we got leather/faux leather.

What is your favorite material and what phone did it best?

My favorite material has to be plastic. The OnePlus One had an amazing feeling, especially if you got the soft version.

Google Pixel 6 Pro Pros&Cons coming from Oneplus 7 Pro

Pros

The design is unique, and I like it. I have the Sorta Sunny variant, and fingerprints are not that visible, but I would've preferred a matte version or at least frosted glass on the back.
Screen is better than the one on 7 Pro. Colours are more vivid, and I can feel the difference going from 90hz to 120Hz.

Android 12 runs smooth. Had no performance issues so far.

Cameras are very good. Post-processing is top-notch, less noise comparing to the 7 Pro even when taking zoomed-in ...
