PSA: Typing indicators showing up in Google Chat as of today

I and several of my friends noticed that typing indicators have started showing in group chats in Google Chat. Now if we can just get read receipts in group chats as well we'd be approaching parity with Hangouts for most of the functionality that I care about. Progress!...

Guide Enable separate wifi and mobile data toggles in Android 12

1. download ladb app from play store, source code of the app is here https://github.com/tytydraco/ladb if you want to build it yourself
2. go in developer options in your phone(if developer options not enabled, go to about phone>click on build number a few times), now enable usb debugging and wireless debugging, go into wireless debugging page in developer options

Android 12 added dynamism and change to an visually aging OS but lost the chance to expand on customisation and choices

I watched the Google I/O 2021 live and honestly loved Matías Duarte's presentation of Material You. It was new, bold and exciting.

There is so much more going on with the added animations and feedback. It's honestly great.

When the Android 12 beta replaced the true black elements with gray, I always assumed they would back by the final builds. Why would they take the true black away when so much of the industry including the web and so many apps have embraced it.
