TLDR is that in low lighting conditions, most 3rd party apps that use the front camera will not get anything over 16fps on nearly every single Android device.

The wildcard here is that CameraX API, and by-in-large Android 12 were supposed to fix this by hooking into your device's camera framework, and so long as OEMs and devs...
