Google removed 'Last Updated' section in Play Store for all apps again

As you'll recall, Google pulled a *very* questionable move towards the end of 2021 by pulling the "last updated" information from the 'about' section for the apps in the Play Store. This community called it out, as they should, but then about a month later, someone else asserted that Google had listened to us and restored this "last updated" value.

We built a Rotten Tomatoes-style platform for smartphones. It aggregates reviews from sources like r/Android and Youtube.

When I was recently looking for a new android phone, I realized that I’m spending countless hours doing product research by reading many reviews from different sources.

The biggest pain points are:

* Google full of SEO spam and Ads
* Fake reviews
* Fragmented trusted sources
* Impossible to see trends across sources

To get trustworthy reviews, many people are adding "reddit" to their search queries. The challenges here are:

* Many duplicate posts/requests
* Bad search
* Scattered information...

Android is still missing an accessibility option that helps greatly those of us who suffer from eye strain and headaches

Eye strain is often caused by Pulse Width Modulation (a flickering of the display at certain frequencies) that is a particular issue for OLED screens. Your brain won't see it but the iris of your eye will keep expanding and contracting without your being aware of it other than your eyes will hurt after using your device for awhile or you may get a headache. Everyone has a different level of sensitivity to it.
