Pixel Fold does not open flat

From the Android Police hands on:

Rather than opening up 180° to form a straight line, the two halves of the inner display seem to stop around 177° or so. It's not super noticeable in your hand, but lay the device flat on a table and it's immediately apparent.

Honestly think this is the best path forward.

iPhone users are getting fatigued with the same boring candy bar shape Apple has been using since 2017.

Cars can be used as an example. Almost everyone has a Rav4 or CRV but not everyone has a Urus or Purosangue.

Something with an exciting design and performance to match becomes an object of desire....
