Here's a better look at the lock screen shortcut customization feature Google announced at I/O

At Google I/O, Google announced that "you'll be able to bring your own inspiration to customize your lock screen with new shortcuts and beautifully crafted clocks." I was able to get the feature fully working on my device, so if you're wondering,...

Rare budget phones that truly passed the test of time?

Not sure if i am allowed to link but check the reviews on gsmarena for urself on "Redmi Note 7". What other excellent budget android phones have done well?...

I'm talking over 8 inches.

Phones have completely changed man. There are people who fit a Nexus 7 in there pockets. Nowadays the biggest we can get is either ...

Sony Xperia xz2 premium retrospective: how I learned to love the hump ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) pt1

Note this was written a few months ago, I tried to update the relevant information. so sorry if some stuff is a bit outdated.

Intro:
So I got this phone from a friend of mine to mess around with. It's the Japanese au model. I was wondering how this phone felt like being used since it's such a quirky phone even for 2018 standards.

Software:

The software on the Sony is quite stockish with some weird omissions. Some quirks I noticed with it is that it uses horizontal app dra...
