Based purely on UI/UX, what do you prefer? Samsung One UI or Google Pixel UI?

I have a 3rd party android phone currently. Ive never had a Samsung Phone or Google Phone. I'm gonna wait till the end of the year to get a new phone. I'm torn between Pixel vs Galaxy.

I figured Pixel would be a better option because Google is Android after all. Why not try the official Android phone? But Samsung is actually making the phone chip that is in Pixel, so like, it's a weird thing. And everything I am reading online points to Samsung Galaxy being just better in every way.
