So I'm going to do something different for this mega thread. The OnePlus 13 already launched in China and some reviewers already made review/content about it. I will also post those as well here but I will organize them based on what those videos are. I will also denote the video pre global launch.

As usual, if you guys find any videos that I miss, please let me know and I'll put them in the thread. Thanks!...

Solo dev looking for feedback

Hi all, just completed an app in the financial sector. It announces market parameters for financial assets: price, volume, etc in realtime from all major brokers. It's free to try, I can provide a longer trial period as well by dm.

Just looking for any feedback, positive or negative.

Thank you for your time....

App recommendations to take screenshot beyond fullscreen?

So in Android, there's a feature on my Pixel 9 Pro where if I hit the Volume-Down and Power button at the same time, I can take a screenshot of, say, a long text message without having to scroll and take three or four screenshots to get the same content. The thing is that it doesn't always work, especially if I'm trying to take a snapshot somewhere in the middle or if there's a video involved.

Does anyone know of a third-party app that perhaps might do this better? Thanks!...

This could be a serious security issue because, in case of theft, the first thing a thief would do is try to disable the phone’s connection, making it impossible to locate the device.

Talking about this with some friends who own Pixel 7 and 8, we noticed that in previous versions, this was not allowed. For instance, if you tried...

Is There A Hidden Profit Motive Behind Ads & Bloatware On Phones?

Have you ever wondered why so many phone brands are pre-installing a ton of unnecessary apps on their devices? It’s almost as if phones are sold with a built-in set of distractions. But is there more to it than just filling up storage?

Here’s a thought: Phone manufacturers might be using bloatware as a profit-generating mechanism. The apps they pre-install are often backed by third-party companies who pay the phone manufacturers to have them on the device. It’s a win-win for brands who are ge...
