PSA: want to listen to YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc with your screen off? There's an app for that!

I have been using the app Blackr for the past few months and it's been a godsend. It basically overlays a black screen over top of any app without pausing it, simulating a lock screen. If you're into always on displays it can show a clock too, if you want. Since it's pure black, if you have an OLED screen it turns the whole screen off, saving tons of battery. You can set it to double tap to dismiss it, so you can easily put your phone on your pocket without worrying about accidental inputs.

For example use “VALENTINE2019” in Google Play. You’ll enter that in the “Redeem” link from the side menu in the Google Play app or in the sidebar on the web. By the way this option seems not to be for whatever reasons available in some countries....
