Made a quick video showing how Samsung flagship phones will always win in those silly 'speed tests' using the App Pair feature.

Been thinking about this the other day in the shower (As one does). Like why don't these 'speed tests' folks truly utilize the phones to their potential? There is nothing 'realistic' or 'scientific' to begin with, so why not just go all out on what these phones can do! So I was messing around with this feature, and from what I can tell... loading 2 apps at the same time isn't really slower than singles, so you can gain huge amount of lead this way.

So here is a quick demo I did with 1 hand, wh...

A tiny scrolling difference makes iOS so much more satisfying to scroll than Android

I am generally very happy with Android's scrolling. I like medium to fast scrolling on Android more than iOS (iOS limits the speed to let things load and keep things smooth), it feels more responsive and when you flick it, you get the speed you expect.

But when it comes to slow scrolling (this is when you're focused and are looking for something) iOS has a small tweak that makes it very satisfying to scroll. And this tweak is with the inertia. On iOS, when you make a small flick, the screen kee...

Why I'm Returning the Galaxy Buds

tl;dr: I wanted bluetooth earbuds to replace my normal ones, but the latency on these is horrible for playing games and watching movies.

EDIT: This is just MY experience, and even it's true for every device some users might not mind since I have a specific use case for them and others might just want to listen to music or just use their phone. But in the end I believe it's highly a YMMV

I only used these earbuds for about a day, and I do love them, but there was a deal breaker I foun...

On the Google play store right now, Evoland is 80% off, and Evoland 2 is 90% off.

Not gonna post the links because I'm sure that will trigger the subreddits spam protection, but I'm sure you can all find it. Awesome games. They frequently go on sale for the PC versions, but I've never seen the Android versions this cheap before.

Enjoy!...

Android Q desktop mode should just be Chrome OS

Android apps + desktop chrome when plugged into a monitor would be a great feature. Is there any technical reason why this wouldn't be possible (Chrome already supports ARM)? You could have Android and Chrome OS on the phone share app data.

An alternative is to bring desktop Chrome to Android and turn that into an Android app....

Android Q should have an easy Audio output switch/toggle

Android Q should include an easy way to switch audio output when connected to multiple devices like [iOS](https://i.imgur.com/Qb7JbCM.jpg) does.

Is it very inconvenient to switch between multiple Bluetooth connected devices since Android Pie. It was still relatively easier with Android Nougat when one could drop down the quick settings to change device.

If you use your phone for browsing, the iphone and ios are probably not for you.

I'm making this post because the cons I'm focusing about are not really mentioned in reviews.

After I sold my Pocophone F1 because of it's display and touch problems, I spent a few days tirelessly searching for a new phone to buy, it came down to the galaxy s10 or the iphone xr.

I decided to buy the Iphone Xr, because I wanted a phone that would last me years. Also, the reviews about the fluidity and better optimized apps, the amazing A12 processor and the fact th...
