Chrome Beta 74 now has dark mode!!
With the new beta that was released a few hours ago, it is possible to turn dark mode on. Don't think that this was on previous beta.
Just go to the flags, search for dark and it will appear two dark mode flags. Just enable Android Chrome UI dark mode, restart and then go to settings and turn dark mode.

It’s a real bummer #GalaxyS10e and #GalaxyS10Plus aren’t calibrated the same. S10+ has no black crush on Vivid mode but on Natural it does. WHY!? Also MY S10e has a real issue with dark gray being purple. Looks pretty bad in dark scenes. Might exchange. 10e…
