My community-driven game removed by Google Play through false DMCA notice. Appealed twice, "at this time, Google has decided not to take action" twice.

I am the developer of [Cytoid](https://cytoid.io), a community-driven music game released on Google Play and App Store. Similar to how "osu!" works, players can use a level editor to create levels for Cytoid.
