Google Maps is missing an intelligence feature that I think would be genuinely useful: multi-mode transport. One examples of thousands: you tell maps you're happy to ride and then get a train, rather than just one or the other.

A quick anecdote to explain. I live in Melbourne, Australia and I had a game of footy quite far from home that I got a lift to with a mate heading the same way. My mate had to be somewhere after the game so left early, which was no worries - I could get public transport or an Uber home.

I consulted Google Maps and it gave me three options:

Why don't most of Android phones use telephoto camera for portrait photos just like iPhone?

Correct me if I am wrong. When I was reading the articles or reviews of newest Android flagships, the portrait photos seem really wrong. The cameras have already 2x optical zoom and it doesn't use it as it uses on iPhone. It's called portrait mode, not fully body mode with the main lens.

What's the reason behind it?...
