Notifications are broken on Android Pie and Google is doing nothing about it




The notifications are always delayed if I leave the phone for a while and not using it. Once I start using the phone for a bit I get tons of notifications from different apps all at once. This is especially annoying with instant messaging apps like WhatsApp. Sometimes I don't receive messages unless I open it and I get ton of them.

At first I thought it's only a Samsung issue with One UI. But after searching for a bit, there are plenty of devices affected, including Pixel, Oneplus, Samsung...

From bezel to pop-up camera tech: lot more satisfaction

Smartphone camera tech really getting so much improved day by day. And believe or not, looking at the 2019 smartphones gives so much satisfaction. Aesthetically, they are more beautiful now. The journey until now from bezel to ractengular notch to waterdrop/teardrop notch to pop-up camera tech is incredible. And its kinda fun to look at the older models. Floating icons/picture in picture

Apps like Google Maps, Facebook Messenger, Twitch, and YouTube offer picture in picture/a floating icon sits on top of everything you do.

Do you guys use this? I immediately disable it if I can because it's distracting, blocks screen release, and is too small to be of much use anyway. Are these features worth using?...
