Merged bpf patches is broken, you can stay on that version but don't do dexopt. New version will be uploaded soon without bpf patches.

• Merged los 5.10 bpf changes (now fully support a16 hos by default)
• Fixed minor audio issues
• Update to AOSP Clang 21 latest (not like it matter much)
• Dropped 5.4 rpmh, alarmtimer and thermal changes
