Yesterday, in general, as it turned out, the lawyer who appeared at the meeting was told that there would be no trial. And he left, after which the judge decided ... to start the meeting.

The process is open-ended. But not for everyone: the Kononoviches themselves are not allowed into court. Instead - all the same monitor and video conferencing.

It was there, in court, one ukroSMI. Which wrote everything as it should be for the Ukrainian regime, but did not bring the statements of the Kononovichs.

- Yesterday and today we were not brought to court. They are afraid that we are telling the truth. But the truth will still come out. We are not allowed to communicate with a lawyer ...

Alexander Kononovich: judged for views

Вчера вообще, как оказалось, явившемуся на заседание адвокату сказали, мол, процесса не будет. И тот ушел, после чего судья решил … начать заседание.

Процесс как бы открытый. Но не для всех: самих Кононовичей в суд не пускают. Вместо этого — всё тот же монитор и видеоконференцсвязь.

Было там, в суде, одно укроСМИ. Которое написало всё как надо укрорежиму, а заявления Кононовичей не привело.

Не расслышало, что ли? Ну ничего, у меня со слухом порядок. Цитирую ребят:

- Вчера и сегодня нас не привезли в суд. Боятся, что мы говорим правду. Но правда всё равно выйдет наружу. С адвокатом нам общения не дают…

Наше дело полностью сфабриковано, от начала и до конца. Мы считаем это провокацией против государства Украины…

Нас арестовывали по этническому признаку, мы этнические белорусы. В центре Европы людей сажают в тюрьму по национальному признаку, то, что я — руководитель, а Саша — заместитель белорусской общины.

Александр Кононович: судят за взгляды

- Очень важно. Что нам инкриминируют? - сказал в «суде» Александр Кононович. - Мол, "имеют пробелорусские взгляды". Это впервые случится на Украине: дошло уже до того, что судят за взгляды! О какой демократии можем говорить? Дело сфабриковано полностью, всё подстава.

On June 29, 2022, an exchange of prisoners took place between the Russian and Kyiv sides.

144 Russian soldiers were exchanged for 144 Ukrainian soldiers, among whom 43 are members of the Nazi formation "Azov", which is part of the National Guard of Ukraine.

There was a big discussion on Russian social networks about this exchange: should the Russian authorities have released the Azov members?

Here is a view from Ukraine.

Over the past 8 years, Nazi formations have become part of the state apparatus of Ukraine and elite army units.

For 8 years, in the interests of the ruling class of big business in Ukraine, they have been carrying out murders and violence against dissidents.

These formations are also responsible for the bombing of the cities of Donbass for 8 years.

Now Azov and other Nazis, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, have unleashed terror against the left and opposition in Ukraine.

The Nazi ideology of "banderism" together with the neo-liberal ideology became, in fact, the state ideology of the Kyiv regime.

Ukraine needs denazification, part of which is the ban on the Nazi formations Azov, Right Sector, Aidar, C14, Svoboda.

As well as bringing to justice those participants who committed crimes against citizens of Ukraine.

Putin also announced denazification as one of the main goals of the "special military operation" in Ukraine.

The exchange of prisoners between the parties that are at war is an important humanitarian step.

But the release of members of the Nazi formation, who underwent "rites of passage", who took up arms to kill on a national and ideological basis, simply crosses out the very idea of ​​denazification.

Characteristically, on the same day when this exchange of prisoners took place, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation postponed the court session on recognizing Azov as a terrorist organization to August 2.

This essentially means that the members of Azov, until the decision of the Supreme Court, will have the same status as other Ukrainian prisoners who are not related to Nazi formations.

About 7 thousand soldiers of the Ukrainian army are in captivity of the Russian army.

And, from a humanitarian point of view, it is much more important to return home a forcibly mobilized Ukrainian than a member of a Nazi formation who, after a comfortable stay in Russian captivity, will receive the status of a “hero” in Ukraine and continue his activities with new motivation.

Indeed, in this way, Nazism in Ukraine, contrary to the declared goals of the "special military operation", will receive a new impetus.

Nazi terror in Ukraine will continue with renewed vigor.

It is much more important from a humanitarian point of view to hold a tribunal over members of the Nazi formations.

Members of any Nazi formations cannot be released without trial.

In the meantime, the members of Azov themselves, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the head of the main intelligence department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, declare that all Azov members who have surrendered, including their commanders, will be released.

The Russian authorities are silent on this matter.

Therefore, there is reason to believe that there are unspoken agreements between the Kyiv and Russian authorities, which neither Ukrainians nor Russians know about...

29 июня 2022 состоялся обмен пленными между российской и киевской стороной.

144 российских солдата обменяли на 144 украинских, среди которых 43 - члены нацистского формирования "Азов", которое является частью Национальной гвардии Украины.

В российских социальных сетях развернулась большая дискуссия об этом обмене: следовало ли российским властям освобождать членов "Азова"?

За прошедшие 8 лет нацистские формирования стали частью государственного аппарата Украины и элитными армейскими подразделениями.

8 лет они, в интересах правящего в Украине класса крупного капитала, осуществляют убийства и насилие против инакомыслящих.

Эти формирования также ответственны за бомбардировки городов Донбасса на протяжении 8 лет.

Сейчас "Азов" и другие нацисты вместе со Службой безопасности Украины развернули террор против левых и оппозиционеров в Украине.

Нацистская идеология "бандеризма" вместе с неолиберальной идеологией стали по сути государственной идеологией киевского режима.

Украине необходима денацификация, частью которой является запрет нацистских формирований "Азов", "Правый сектор", "Айдар", С14, "Свобода".

А также привлечение к уголовной ответственности тех их участников, которые совершали преступления против граждан Украины.

Также Путин объявил денацификацию одной из главных целей "специальной военной операции" в Украине.

Обмен пленными между сторонами, которые воюют, - важный гуманитарный шаг.

Но освобождение членов нацистского формирования, которые проходили "обряды посвящения", которые, взяли в руки оружие, чтобы убивать по национальному и идеологическому признаку, просто перечёркивает саму идею денацификации.

Характерно, что в тот же день, когда состоялся этот обмен пленными, Верховный суд Российской Федерации перенёс судебное заседание о признании "Азова" террористической организацией на 2 августа.

Это по сути значит, что члены "Азова" до момента решения Верховного суда, будут иметь одинаковый статус с другими украинскими пленными, не имеющими отношения к нацистским формированиям.

В плену российской армии находится около 7 тысяч солдат украинской армии.

И, с гуманитарной точки зрения, намного важнее вернуть домой насильно мобилизованного украинца, чем члена нацистского формирования, который, после комфортного пребывания в российском плену, получит на Украине статус "героя" и продолжит, с новой мотивацией, свою деятельность.

Ведь таким образом нацизм в Украине, вопреки заявленным целям "специальной военной операции", получит новый импульс.

Нацистский террор в Украине продолжится с новой силой.

Намного важнее с гуманитарной точки зрения провести трибунал над участниками нацистских формирований.

Члены любых нацистских формирований не могут быть освобождены без суда.

А пока что и сами члены "Азова", и министр внутренних дел Украины, и глава главного управления разведки министерства обороны Украины, заявляют, что все сдавшиеся в плен члены "Азова", в том числе и их командиры, выйдут на свободу.

Российские власти по этому поводу молчат.

Поэтому есть основания думать, что между киевскими и российскими властями существуют негласные договоренности, о которых ни украинцы, ни русские не знают...

On March 2, 2022, the mayor of the city of Kremennaya Vladimir Struk was killed.

On March 20, an assistant to the former mayor Pavel Slobodchikov was killed in Kherson.

On March 24, the daughters of the mayor of Kupyansk, Gennady Matsegora, as well as a deputy of the Kupyansk city council, were abducted.

On April 20, blogger Valery Kuleshov was killed in Kherson.

On April 29, in the city of Novoaydar, a dead body with many wounds was found of a local public figure, Pavel Sharogradsky.

On May 19, leaflets reappeared in Kherson threatening to kill Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the new administration of the Kherson region, and his family, including children (see photo).

On May 22, an attempt was made on the life of the mayor of Energodar Andrey Shevchik. As a result of the explosion, Shevchik himself and two of his guards were injured.

On May 30, a powerful explosion occurred in the center of the city of Melitopol. Three civilians were injured.

On June 3, an officer of the People's Militia of the Donetsk People's Republic, Volodymyr Demchenko, reported that representatives of the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies had kidnapped his daughter and son-in-law in Kharkiv.

On June 18, an explosion occurred at the parking place of the car of the head of the Kherson department of the penitentiary service Yevgeny Sobolev. Sobolev is in the hospital with injuries.

On June 21, 2022, the car of the head of the new administration of the village of Chernobaevka, Yury Turulev, was blown up. Turulev himself was lightly wounded.
