Приговор суда для Онищенко - 11 лет тюрьмы.
Министр юстиции Малюська также заявил, что те заключённые, которые хотят сражаться с оккупантами, будут помилованы, а после войны - окончательно освобождены.

On May 17, 2022, Vyacheslav Shevchuk (on video) announced the murder without trial of six supporters of a member of the Ukrainian parliament, Ilya Kiva.
Ilya Kiva is a member of the Opposition Platform for Life opposition party, banned by Zelensky's decree on March 20, 2022.
Kiva himself is accused by the SBU of high treason and is in the Russian Federation.
At least two assistants to a Kiva MP have been arrested in Ukraine on charges of treason.
Shevchuk's statement about extrajudicial execution (the death penalty is prohibited in Ukraine) is essentially a statement about a crime.
But we highly doubt that this public statement of a crime will be investigated by the SBU or other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
In fact, now in Ukraine it is allowed to kill, torture, arrest people if they are "enemies of the people" or dissidents.
