Yan Taksyur is almost 70 years old, he is a writer and an Orthodox publicist, and not a hardened criminal, but he is thrown into a pre-trial detention center without access to a lawyer, without the right to defense, without any information to his relatives (only that he is accused of a particularly serious crime) .
Jan Taxiur has been in jail since March 10. The next meeting is coming soon and we can only hope for the objectivity and impartiality of the court."

"26 мая состоялось очередное заседание по делу украинского поэта и православного публициста Яна Таксюра.
Во время судебного заседания вскрылись вопиющие нарушения во время досудебного следствия, которыми поделилась дочь Яна Ильича Марико.
Ян Ильич всю жизнь прожил на Украине. Более 30-и лет литератор. Писал сатиру при всех президентах, критикуя их. Но в июле 2021 года, опера СБУ усмотрели в его произведениях, иногда многолетней давности, признаки государственной измены. Например, в статьях под такими заголовками: «Фашизм не пройдет или Знамя Победы во тьме Порабощения», «Классики на Украине или верните Киеву русскую книгу!», «С новой зрадой или Все чаще снится СССР», «Сказка о потерянной грамотности, или Спасение Лукоморьем». Дело состряпано наспех, из доказательств, что эти произведения (особенно лозунг «фашизм не пройдет!») тянут на государственную измену - только психолого- лингвистическая экспертиза. То есть оценочное мнение эксперта.
В деле много ляпов,- например в двух листах обвинительного акта, машинально (не читая и не проверяя) вставлены абзацы из обвинительного акта Анатолий Шарий,с его фамилией. Т.е. создается впечатление, что обвинения из акта Шария скопированы в акте Таксюра и небрежные прокуроры даже забыли поменять фамилию!
Как по мне , 95 квартал и многие, не только оппозиционные политики, высказывали несоизмеримо более жесткие и критикующие власть, вещи. Однако решили отыграться на Яне Таксюре. Обвинение не объяснило – каким образом, к примеру, статья «Фашизм не пройдет», написанная в 2015 году, может нарушать решение СНБО от 2020-го года, может покушаться на территориальную целостность Украины и тянет на государственную измену! И так многие другие обвинения.
Яну Таксюру почти 70 лет, он литератор и православный публицист, а не матерый уголовник, но его кидают в СИЗО без допуска к нему адвоката, без права на защиту, без какой либо информации родным (только то ,что он обвиняется в особо тяжком преступлении).
Ян Таксюр в СИЗО с 10 марта. Скоро следующее заседание и остается надеяться только на объективность и незаангажированность суда".

Официально сообщаю - омбудсмен Украины, регулярно распространяющая шокирующие истории об изнасилованных детях и бабушках, уже несколько раз проигнорировала запрос о месте, где именно был «изнасилован двумя оккупантами» и «в результате изнасилования умер мальчик».
Мы будем требовать дать эту информацию, равно как информацию о том, каким именно следственным органом расследуется это злодеяние.
Мы будем требовать и другую информацию относительно всех случаев, с изрядной долей художественного мастерства описанных госпожой Денисовой.
Это ведь правильно? Надо ведь найти и покарать преступников?
Также я вынужден сообщить, что представители потерпевшей стороны, равно как и журналисты, причастные к обнародованию видео, отказались предоставить полную немонтированную запись инцидента в Киевской области, когда было убито два сотрудника «Веломагазина».
Мне такого рода вещи кажутся неверными в корне.
Мы будем требовать дать эту информацию, равно как информацию о том, каким именно следственным органом расследуется это злодеяние.

Prior to the outbreak of hostilities, an increase in utility tariffs caused protests by Ukrainians ("communal Maidan").
Now, under martial law, all protests are prohibited, but the Kiev government has promised not to increase tariffs until after the war.
But now it is the Ministry of Energy that has turned to Naftogaz with a proposal to increase the price of gas.
2. Also in Ukraine, payments will be canceled for some people who have left the war zone since 2014.
Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Maryna Lazebnaya said that only those migrants who:
- live in a war zone and cannot return home;
- Whose house is damaged or destroyed.
Previously, all internally displaced persons received assistance.

Ранее Кабинет министров Украины обещал не повышать коммунальные тарифы до конца военного положения.
О социальных правах украинцев.

Повышение цены на газ приведет к повышению тарифов за отопление, которые будут оплачивать украинцы.
Украины добывает такое количество природного газа, которое достаточно для нужд населения (порядка 20 миллиардов кубических метров в год).
Себестоимость добычи украинского газа, по оценкам экспертов, составляет 1-2 гривны за кубический метр.
Основные месторождения газа в Украине находятся в Полтавской, Харьковской, Сумской и Черниговской областях (сейчас под контролем киевской власти).

До начала военных действий увеличение коммунальных тарифов вызывало протесты украинцев ("коммунальный Майдан").
Сейчас, в условиях военного положения, все протесты запрещены, но киевское правительство обещало не увеличивать тарифы до окончания войны.
Но сейчас именно министерство энергетики обратилось к "Нафтогазу" с предложением увеличить цену на газ.
2. Также в Украине отменят выплаты для некоторых людей, которые уехали из зоны боевых действий с 2014 года.
Министр социальной политики Украины Марина Лазебная заявила, что денежную помощь будут получать только те переселенцы, которые:
- проживают в зоне проведения боевых действий и не могут вернуться домой;
- у кого поврежден или разрушен дом.
Ранее помощь получали все вынужденные переселенцы.

Повышение цены на газ приведет к повышению тарифов за отопление, которые будут оплачивать украинцы.
Украины добывает такое количество природного газа, которое достаточно для нужд населения (порядка 20 миллиардов кубических метров в год).
Себестоимость добычи украинского газа, по оценкам экспертов, составляет 1-2 гривны за кубический метр.
Основные месторождения газа в Украине находятся в Полтавской, Харьковской, Сумской и Черниговской областях (сейчас под контролем киевской власти).
Международный валютный фонд постоянно требует установить "рынковую" цену на газ (сейчас на европейских биржах - порядка 1 доллара за кубический метр).
До начала военных действий увеличение коммунальных тарифов вызывало протесты украинцев ("коммунальный Майдан").
Сейчас, в условиях военного положения, все протесты запрещены, но киевское правительство обещало не увеличивать тарифы до окончания войны.
Но сейчас именно министерство энергетики обратилось к "Нафтогазу" с предложением увеличить цену на газ.
2. Также в Украине отменят выплаты для некоторых людей, которые уехали из зоны боевых действий с 2014 года.
Министр социальной политики Украины Марина Лазебная заявила, что денежную помощь будут получать только те переселенцы, которые:
- проживают в зоне проведения боевых действий и не могут вернуться домой;
- у кого поврежден или разрушен дом.
Ранее помощь получали все вынужденные переселенцы.
