June 28 - Constitution Day of Ukraine.

26 years ago the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Constitution.

The most important thing in the Constitution is the guarantees of civil and social rights of Ukrainians.

But, the Kyiv authorities, especially since 2014, not only did not protect human rights in Ukraine, but also brutally violated the Constitution.

The apogee of the violation of the Constitution, civil and social rights of Ukrainians was the actions of the Zelensky authorities.

This suppression of the will, dignity, thoughts and words of Ukrainians was the result of an 8-year period of establishing a totalitarian state in Ukraine, the dictatorship of the most reactionary layers of comprador national and transnational capital.

The Constitution of Ukraine of 1996, with changes, but still formally valid. But it is not fulfilled.

Just as in Nazi Germany the Constitution of the Weimar Republic formally acted, but was not executed.

26 лет назад Верховная Рада Украины приняла Конституцию.

Самое важное в Конституции - гарантии гражданских и социальных прав украинцев.

Но, киевская власть, особенно с 2014, не только не защищала права человека в Украине, но и брутально нарушала Конституцию.

Апогеем нарушения Конституции, гражданских и социальных прав украинцев стали действия власти Зеленского.

Это подавление воли, достоинства, мысли и слов украинцев стало результатом 8 летнего периода установления в Украине тоталитарного государства, диктатуры наиболее реакционных слоев компрадорского национального и транснационального капитала.

Конституция Украины 1996-го года, с изменениями, но все же формально действует. Но не исполняется.

Точно также, как в нацистской Германии формально действовала, но не исполнялась, Конституция Веймарской республики.

The Kyiv authorities complied with Biden's order to resign the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin and to increase utility tariffs.

The welfare state in Ukraine has been completely dismantled as a result of "market reforms".

The rule of law Ukraine no longer exists after the unconstitutional presidential decrees banning television channels, political parties, killings of journalists, repressions against dissidents, Nazi terror on the streets of Ukrainian cities.

"Article 6. State power in Ukraine is exercised on the principle of its division into legislative, executive and judicial."

Judicial and legislative power is entirely under the control of the Office of the President.

The President, by his decrees, deprives judges of their status, blocks the activities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine so that it does not make a decision on the compliance of presidential acts and laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada with the Constitution of Ukraine, liquidates some courts and creates new ones.

The Office of the President, with the participation of the US and EU embassies, decides what laws the Ukrainian parliament should adopt.

'Article 10. The state language in Ukraine is Ukrainian...

In Ukraine, the free development, use and protection of Russian and other languages ​​of the national minorities of Ukraine is guaranteed.

Education, songs, poetry, literature in Russian are prohibited.

"Article 13. Land, its subsoil, atmospheric air, water and other natural resources located within the territory of Ukraine, the natural resources of its continental shelf, exclusive (marine) economic zone are objects of the right of ownership of the Ukrainian people."

At the request of national and transnational capital, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on the "market" = the sale of Ukrainian land.

The Verkhovna Rada did not ask the owner of the Ukrainian land - the Ukrainian people - whether they want the Ukrainian land to become a commodity.

70% of Ukrainians are against the sale of land, as a result of which Ukrainian land will pass into the hands of a few landlords, and Ukrainian villagers will join the ranks of the unemployed or will look for work abroad.

"Article 15. Public life in Ukraine is based on the principles of political, economic and ideological diversity.

"Article 17. On the territory of Ukraine, the creation and operation of any armed formations not provided for by law is prohibited.

Nazi armed formations have been operating on the territory of Ukraine for 8 years.

NATO armed forces have been constantly present and conducting exercises on the territory of Ukraine for 8 years.

Now the armed forces of Ukraine are fighting with the help of NATO weapons and under the command of NATO.

Украина не является суверенной и независимой. Посольства США, G7, Европейского союза диктуют киевской власти, какие законы необходимо принимать, кого необходимо назначать на государственные должности.

В этом плане показательны переговоры президента Украины Порошенко и тогда ещё вице-президента США Байдена.

Киевская власть исполнила приказ Байдена об отставке генерального прокурора Украины Шокина и об увеличении коммунальных тарифов.

Социальное государство в Украине полностью демонтировано в результате "рынковых реформ".

Правовое государство Украина больше не существует после антиконституционных указов президента о запрете телевизионных каналов, политических партий, убийств журналистов, репрессий против инакомыслящих, нацистского террора на улицах украинских городов.

"Статья 6. Государственная власть в Украине осуществляется по принципу ее разделения на законодательную, исполнительную и судебную".

Судебная и законодательная власть находятся полностью под контролем Офиса президента.

Президент своими указами лишает судей их статуса, блокирует деятельность Конституционного Суда Украины, чтобы он не выносил решения о соответствии актов президента и законов, принятых Верховной Радой, Конституции Украины, ликвидирует одни суды и создаёт новые.

В Офисе президента, с участием посольств США и ЕС, решают, какие законы должен принять украинский парламент.

'Статья 10. Государственным языком в Украине является украинский язык...

В Украине гарантируется свободное развитие, использование и защита русского, других языков национальных меньшинств Украины".

Образование, песни, поэзия, литература на русском языке запрещены.

"Статья 13. Земля, ее недра, атмосферный воздух, водные и иные природные ресурсы, находящиеся в пределах территории Украины, природные ресурсы ее континентального шельфа, исключительной (морской) экономической зоны являются объектами права собственности Украинского народа".

По требованию национального и транснационального капитала, Верховная Рада приняла закон о "рынке" = продаже украинской земли.

Верховная Рада не спросила собственника украинской земли - украинский народ - о том, хочет ли он, чтобы украинская земля стала товаром.

Войска киевской власти 8 лет подряд, а сейчас практически каждый день обстреливают украинские города Донецк, Макеевка, Горловка, Сватово, Стаханов, Херсон, Скадовск, Красный Луч. Убиты сотни людей, в том числе и дети.

Киевские власти организовывают террористические акты в Херсоне, Мелитополе, Энергодаре, Купянске, Новопскове.

При этом киевские власти отрицают право украинцев на Донбассе защищать свою жизнь и здоровье.

"Статья 31. Каждому гарантируется тайна переписки, телефонных разговоров, телеграфной и иной корреспонденции".

Украинцев арестовывают за содержание личной переписки, телефонных разговоров с родственниками или разговоров с соседями у сельского магазина.

On March 20, Zelensky, by his decree, banned the activities of ALL leftist and a number of opposition parties for the duration of martial law.

In June 2022, literally in two weeks, the administrative court in the city of Lviv, in closed proceedings, at the suit of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, completely banned the activities of 14 political parties.

The rights of Ukrainian trade unions have been practically destroyed by the neo-liberal legislation adopted by the Verkhovna Rada over the past 8 years.
