I feel like whoever made up the 8hrs of sleep thing lied. I feel better the less i sleep

Every day i sleep 6 hrs i wake up perfect and arrive home perfect. If i sleep for 8 like last night i wake up groggy and get home with aches all over

I want a night shift job lowkey.
